Ms. Kagoya Asiinah Mahoro, aged 22 years and a fresh information technology graduate of Kampala International University main campus in Kampala has come out to declare her intentions for the seat of the Woman Member of Parliament of Bugiri district where she’s coming from.
She was the MP for her faculty and former health minister at the institution between 2018 and 2019. Also at her tender age of 18 in her period of senior six vacation, she was elected as a youth councilor in Bugiri municipality and later on turned out to be the deputy speaker of the district local council in 2016.
Kagoya’s main efforts will be put in education because even herself has been a victim of the poor schools in the region, empowering the youths as a conduit for rapid economic and social growth and improving the general livelihood of her people in the Municipality at large.
She urges all youths who can take compete for the big political offices to go in for them as this is the time for the youths.
